صُممت لعبة رحلة القلم للأطفال، وتعمل تمارين الكتابة والتقدم التعليمي محليًا على جهاز المستخدم.
البيانات التي يحفظها التطبيق
يحفظ التطبيق على الجهاز فقط بيانات تعليمية رقمية محدودة:
- مدة التدريب وعدد الجلسات.
- عدد محاولات التتبّع والكتابة والكلمة/العدّ.
- نتيجة الدقة، أسباب المحاولات غير المكتملة، والنجوم المكتسبة.
- الهدف اليومي الذي يختاره ولي الأمر.
البيانات التي لا يجمعها التطبيق
- لا يطلب اسم الطفل أو عمره أو بريده أو حسابًا شخصيًا.
- لا يجمع الموقع أو جهات الاتصال أو الصور أو الصوت أو معرّفات الجهاز.
- لا يحفظ خطوط القلم أو رسومات الطفل؛ يتم تقييمها مؤقتًا داخل التمرين ثم التخلص منها.
- لا يستخدم إعلانات أو أدوات تحليلات أو تتبع تابعة لجهات خارجية.
- لا يرسل بيانات التقدم إلى خادم أو إلى الإنترنت.
التحكم في البيانات
يمكن لولي الأمر الاطلاع على الملخص المحلي، تغيير الهدف اليومي، أو مسح جميع بيانات التعلم من داخل لوحة الوالدين. يتطلب المسح ضغطتين للتأكيد، ولا يمكن استعادة البيانات بعد المسح.
توجد سجلات تشغيل وأخطاء محلية للمساعدة في التشخيص، ولا تُرفع تلقائيًا إلى أي خادم. قد يشمل النسخ الاحتياطي للنظام بيانات التطبيق وفق إعدادات الجهاز؛ يدير المستخدم نسخ Apple الاحتياطية من إعدادات النظام.
شراء المحتوى الكامل
تتاح 20 وحدة تعليمية مجانية دون مدة انتهاء. يمكن لولي الأمر شراء فتح المحتوى الكامل مرة واحدة عبر الشراء داخل التطبيق من Apple، دون اشتراك. تعالج Apple عملية الدفع؛ لا نتلقى بيانات البطاقة أو كلمة مرور حساب Apple. يستخدم التطبيق StoreKit للتحقق من استحقاق الشراء واستعادته، وقد يتطلب الشراء أو الاستعادة اتصالًا بالإنترنت وتأكيد حساب Apple. تُتاح فرص الشراء خلف بوابة للوالدين.
بعد التحقق من الملكية تعمل الدروس دون إنترنت باستخدام الاستحقاق المحلي الذي يتحقق منه StoreKit. مسح بيانات التعلم لا يمسح ملكية الشراء. قد يؤدي استرداد قيمة الشراء أو إلغاؤه من Apple إلى قفل المحتوى المدفوع مع بقاء المحتوى المجاني والتقدم المحفوظ.
الدعم والموقع الإلكتروني
إذا تواصل ولي الأمر طوعًا عبر بريد الدعم، نتلقى عنوان بريده والمعلومات التي يختار إرسالها، ونستخدمها للرد على طلبه وحل المشكلة. يُدار البريد عبر Gmail. يُرجى عدم إرسال أسماء الأطفال أو صورهم أو كلمات المرور أو بيانات الدفع. نحتفظ بالمراسلات بقدر الحاجة إلى متابعة الطلب والالتزامات المعمول بها، ويمكن طلب حذفها عبر البريد نفسه.
تستضيف GitHub Pages صفحات الدعم والخصوصية. لا نضيف إليها أدوات تحليلات أو إعلانات أو نماذج تسجيل، لكن قد تعالج جهة الاستضافة معلومات اتصال تقنية مثل عنوان IP لتشغيل الخدمة وأمانها، وفق سياسة خصوصية GitHub. فتح موقع الدعم أو إرسال بريد أمر اختياري، ومنفصل عن بيانات التعلم المحفوظة داخل التطبيق.

Pencil Journey privacy policy

Pencil Journey is designed for children. Its writing activities and learning progress operate locally on the user’s device.
Data stored by the app
The app stores only limited numeric learning data on the device:
- Practice duration and session count.
- Attempts in tracing, writing, and word/count stages.
- Accuracy results, reasons for incomplete attempts, and earned stars.
- The daily goal selected by a parent or guardian.
Data the app does not collect
- The app does not request the child’s name, age, email address, or an account.
- It does not collect location, contacts, photos, audio, or device identifiers.
- It does not retain the child’s pen strokes or drawings. They are evaluated temporarily during the activity and then discarded.
- It uses no advertising, third-party analytics, or third-party tracking tools.
- It does not transmit learning progress to a server or over the internet.
Data controls
A parent or guardian can view the local summary, change the daily goal, or erase all learning data from the Parents Dashboard. Erasing requires two confirmation taps and cannot be undone.
Local startup and error logs support troubleshooting and are not automatically uploaded. System backups may include app data depending on device settings; users manage Apple backups in their system settings.
Full-content purchase
Twenty lessons remain free without a time limit. A parent can unlock the full content with a one-time Apple In-App Purchase, without a subscription. Apple processes payments; we do not receive card details or Apple account passwords. The app uses StoreKit to verify and restore purchase entitlements. Purchases and restoration may require internet access and Apple account confirmation. Purchasing opportunities are behind a parental gate.
After ownership is verified, lessons work offline using StoreKit's verified local entitlement. Erasing learning data does not erase purchase ownership. A refund or revocation by Apple may remove access to paid content while retaining free content and saved learning progress.
Support and website
If a parent or guardian voluntarily emails support, we receive their email address and the information they choose to send. We use it to respond to the request and troubleshoot the issue. Support email is handled through Gmail. Please do not send children's names or photos, passwords, or payment details. We retain correspondence as needed to handle the request and applicable obligations; deletion can be requested through the same email address.
GitHub Pages hosts the support and privacy pages. We add no analytics, advertising, or registration forms to these pages. The hosting provider may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses, to operate and secure the service under GitHub's privacy policy. Visiting the support website or sending email is optional and separate from learning data stored in the app.
