ما المحتوى المجاني؟

20 درسًا كاملًا دون مدة انتهاء: ثلاثة حروف عربية في كل شكل من أشكال الحرف الأربعة، وثلاثة حروف إنجليزية كبيرة وثلاثة صغيرة، والرقم ١ و1. يفتح شراء واحد بقية المحتوى، دون اشتراك. يظهر السعر المعتمد في متجر بلدك قبل الدفع.

كيف أفتح المحتوى الكامل؟

اضغط «شراء النسخة الكاملة» تحت «لوحة الوالدين» في الشاشة الرئيسية، ثم أجب عن سؤال بوابة الوالدين. يمكنك أيضًا الوصول إلى المشتريات من لوحة الوالدين. يتطلب الدفع تأكيدًا من Apple.

اشتريت سابقًا، كيف أستعيد الشراء؟

استخدم حساب Apple نفسه الذي أجرى الشراء ضمن إعدادات «الوسائط والمشتريات». افتح المشتريات من لوحة الوالدين واختر «استعادة المشتريات»، مع الاتصال بالإنترنت. لا يلزم شراء المحتوى مرة أخرى. استعادة الشراء لا تستعيد تقدم التعلم المحفوظ على جهاز آخر.

ماذا لو لم يظهر السعر أو لم تتم العملية؟

تحقق من اتصال الإنترنت وحساب Apple، ثم اختر «إعادة المحاولة». إذا كانت العملية تنتظر موافقة ولي الأمر، انتظر اكتمال الموافقة. تظل الدروس المجانية متاحة. إذا استمرت المشكلة، راسل الدعم بنص رسالة الخطأ ونوع جهازك وإصدار iOS.

هل يعمل التطبيق دون إنترنت؟

تعمل أنشطة التعلم والأصوات محليًا. يحتاج الشراء واستعادته إلى الإنترنت؛ وبعد تحقق Apple من ملكية الشراء، يستخدم التطبيق الاستحقاق المحلي لفتح المحتوى.

كيف أمسح التقدم؟

من لوحة الوالدين افتح إعدادات الهدف والخصوصية، ثم خيار مسح بيانات التعلم وأكّد المسح. لا يمكن التراجع عنه، وهو لا يلغي ملكية الشراء.

الصوت لا يعمل

ارفع صوت الوسائط وتحقق من سماعات Bluetooth المتصلة. أعد تشغيل التطبيق، ثم جرّب تمرينًا آخر. إذا استمرت المشكلة، أرسل نوع الجهاز وإصدار النظام ووصف التمرين.

Pencil Journey support

Arabic and English handwriting practice for iPhone and iPad, with spoken guidance, tracing, writing and counting.

What is free?

Twenty complete lessons remain free without a time limit: three Arabic letters in each of four forms, three uppercase and three lowercase English letters, and the number 1 in each language. One purchase unlocks the remaining content, with no subscription. Your storefront's price is shown before payment.

How do I unlock the full content?

Tap the full-content purchase button below Parents on the home screen and answer the parental gate question. You can also open purchases from the Parents dashboard. Apple asks you to confirm payment.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Use the Apple account that made the purchase in your device's Media & Purchases settings. With internet access, open purchases from the Parents dashboard and tap Restore purchases. You do not need to buy again. Restoring a purchase does not transfer learning progress from another device.

The price is missing or the purchase did not finish

Check your internet connection and Apple account, then tap Retry. If the transaction is waiting for a parent's approval, wait for that approval. Free lessons remain available. If the issue persists, email the error message, device model and iOS version.

Can I use the app offline?

Learning activities and voice clips work locally. Purchasing and restoration require internet access. After Apple verifies ownership, the app uses its verified local entitlement to unlock content.

How do I erase progress?

Open the goal and privacy settings in the Parents dashboard, choose to erase learning data, and confirm. This cannot be undone and does not remove purchase ownership.

I cannot hear the audio

Turn up media volume and check any connected Bluetooth audio devices. Restart the app and try another activity. If needed, email the device model, system version and affected activity.
